Hi, I'm Kait.
For most of my career, I've worked alongside business owners as a CPA, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Chief Financial Officer. I've helped companies navigate growth, cash flow challenges, major investments, operational changes, and difficult decisions.
What I've learned is that most owners don't need another report. They need someone they trust to help them think.
Someone who can ask good questions, provide honest feedback, and help them see opportunities, risks, and blind spots before making important decisions.
That's why I created Empower Business Mentors.
My approach is different from traditional consulting or outsourced CFO services. I aim to learn about you and your business, and develop systems to help you understand or improve it. Sometimes that's a single strategy session. Sometimes it's an ongoing advisory relationship. Either way, the goal is the same: helping you build a stronger business and make decisions with confidence.
